How do I view or update a contact?
From the Network Solutions® Partner Portal home page, click the Manage Accounts tab at the top of the screen, then click the View/Update Contact link.
To view or update a contact, enter the Contact ID and click the Go! button. This will take you to a page with the contact information displayed in editable fields.
You may edit any field with the exception of first and last name if it is an Individual Contact or business name if it is a Business Contact. After you have made the changes to the contact information, click the Go! button to continue.
After you review the information on the "Confirm" page, click on the Submit button. If the change was successful an "Order Confirmation" page will be displayed.
