How do I request a RNCA Transfer?
From the Network Solutions® Partner Portal home page, click the Manage Services tab at the top of the screen, then click the RNCA Transfer link.
Enter the domain name you wish to transfer and click the Go! button. You may also use our Advanced Search page to search for your domain name, or to select multiple domain names for transfer.
Once you have done this, you will be presented with a page listing the domain name(s) you have selected for transfer. Under the heading, Domain Name Server Information, you have the option to use the current DNS settings for the domain name(s) or to edit the DNS hosting information. Please note that Edit DNS will change the DNS for every domain name that you selected for transfer. You must also select the gaining Customer Account. Once you have completed these steps, click the Go! button to continue.
If you chose to edit the DNS hosting information, you will be prompted to enter the new host information. Primary and Secondary Hosts are required fields. Click the Go! button to continue.
You will be presented with the "Order Confirmation" page. If all information is correct, click the Submit button to complete this RNCA Transfer request.
