How do I change the name of a Customer Account?
  1. From the Network Solutions® Partner Portal home page, click the Manage Accounts tab at the top of the screen, then click the Name Change link.

  2. Enter the Customer ID or Nic Handle of the Customer Account you wish to edit and click the Go! button. You may also use the Advanced Search option to search our system for your customer.

  3. Enter the new first and last name for the Customer. Middle name is an optional field. Click the Go! button to continue.

  4. You will be presented with the "Order Confirmation" page. If all information is correct, click the Submit button to complete the process.
