How do I create a .tel Account to manage important contact information?

Note: You must have a .tel domain name before you can access a .tel account.

When you register a .tel domain name, a username and temporary password is generated so that an account is automatically created to manage all your .tel domain names. As a security measure, we require that the password be reset to the .tel management dashboard. Please click on the link below to access the login page and follow the Forgotten your password? flow.

To reset the password at any time, click the Forgotten your password? link on the login page of the management dashboard. Then type in the primary email address associated with the customer’s Network Solutions account. The system will send a message with a temporary password for all .tel domains associated with that account.

After logging into the .tel management dashboard, the password may be reset at any time by clicking on the “settings” link in the top navigation bar.

Please note that the .tel username cannot be changed at this time. The customer account's primary email will be associated with the .tel management dashboard account. Both the password and email address can be changed through the .tel management dashboard. For instructions on changing the password or email address, please refer to the .tel User Guide.
